About the Presenter

Paul Andrew is CARF's Managing Director of Employment and Community Services. Paul has over 35 years of personal and professional experience with individuals who have disabilities and challenges to employment, and 15 years in the management, coordination and administration of public and privately funded vocational rehabilitation programs. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Education and holds a Master's from the University of Wisconsin. As Managing Director of CARF's ECS' unit, his role is to facilitate the development of market driven accreditation standards and approaches, which help to continuously improve services to consumers, enhance organizational design and outcomes, and improve responsiveness to community stakeholders..

Continuing Education Information

Approval by CRCC (CRCs), Ohio Counselor, Social Worker Board (Counselors, SWs) for 5.50 CEUs and ODMRDD 6.6 CPDUs pending.

Attendees MUST attend entire seminar and complete an evaluation form to be awarded CE credits. Certificate of attendance will be distributed at conclusion of the seminar for paid participants only.

Fee includes training materials and beverage breaks. Registrations accepted on official registration form only. Photocopies are acceptable. Registrations must be pre-paid and received by October 22, 2008. No purchase orders.

Confirmation: Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION – SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the OARF by email to: oarf@sbcglobal.net. No refunds on cancellations; forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements. Substitution from within the same organization IS permitted in lieu of cancellation. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
