Networking/Member Meetings

Program divisions meet to network and conduct business, develop policy positions, address management, reimbursement and service delivery issues, and to hear guest speakers on topical issues.

Government Relations 

OARF's lobbyist liaisons with the Ohio General Assembly and various state agencies concerned with rehabilitation.

OARF represents members' legislative, regulatory and public policy interests, and assists them in influencing decision-makers directly through advisory group memberships, commission appointments, public hearings and grassroots lobbying.

Political Action Committee

In 2003 OARF established a PAC to augment government relations. Technical Assistance Access TA via a network of resources for assistance in policy, reimbursement, management, and service delivery issues.

OARF's Political Action Committee is the only Ohio PAC devoted exclusively to supporting legislators concerned with industrial, medical & vocational rehab issues.
